On this page, we are addressing a not-so-fun topic.. our salon policies are listed below.
Booking
You can book online 24/7, or you can contact the salon directly. Online booking is the quickest & most efficient booking method. You may also place yourself on a waiting list for for your desired date of service if the calendar is completely full.
A nonrefundable deposit is required for all appointment reservations. The deposit will go towards the service. If you need to reschedule, the deposit will roll over to the new appointment (up to 1 reschedule). See cancellations/rescheduling for more information.
*All appointments must be confirmed by the day preceding the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation.
Late Arrivals
Our mission at The Beauty Lab Miami is to provide the best service quality in a peaceful and soothing environment. Our stylists are normally fully booked throughout the day. Late arrivals impact the daily schedule, delaying the following appointments, which inconveniences both the stylist and the other clients. This can also cause the stylist to rush the service, hindering the quality of the service and can result in dissatisfaction from you and our stylist. That being said, please arrive on time and with enough time to find off street parking. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you acknowledge that you are forfeiting your appointment and may not be able to be seen.
In the event that you are able to be seen, all late arrivals will be subject to a late fee.
Late fees are as follows:
Brow appointments: $10
Services 1+ hours: 20% of cost of service

Cancellations/Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations may arise from time to time and you may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. In these cases, we will do our absolute best to accommodate you according to our stylists schedules. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may reschedule up to 1 time to retain your deposit, if rescheduling a second time, a new deposit will be required. Failure to cancel with a minimum of 24 hours before will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service total, and/or loss of deposit. No shows will result in a fee equal to 100% of the service total and/or loss of deposit.
Failure to satisfy payment of any incurred fees may result in any/all of the following:
-future bookings pain in dull
-future bookings blocked

No-shows
No-showing your appointment will result in a fee equal to 100% of the service total and/or loss of deposit. A client with a history of 2+ no shows will be required to provide prepayment for future appointments, or may be blocked from booking future appointments. If a client has future appointments set after his/her 2nd no show, those appointments will be canceled unless prepayment is collected.
Deposits
All deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits are required for all appointments and are credited toward your service total.
Deposit fees vary based on service being booked.
If booking multiple services, deposits may be required for each service.

Refunds
While we are confident in our quality of work and service provided, we cannot make any guarantees for client satisfaction. We take our time and make it a point to consult with our clients before beginning a service in order to ensure the most amazing results! Our prices are set based off our cost of materials and the amount of time we set aside to cater to our clients. For those reasons, we do not offer refunds on any services provided.
